Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing and using theartisanalbox.store (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern all transactions related to our unique, handcrafted products.

1. The Nature of Artisanal Products

A. Uniqueness and Variation

All products on The Artisanal Box are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or made in small batches by independent creators and artisans.

Minor Imperfections: Due to the handmade process, items may contain slight variations in color, texture, sizing, or finish. These are not defects but inherent characteristics that attest to the product’s unique, artisanal nature.
Imagery: We strive for accurate photos, but the specific item you receive may have slight variations from the photo shown on the Site, especially for wood, textile, or pottery items.

B. Inventory and Availability

Because many of our products are single-edition or limited-stock, they may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the unique item becomes unavailable between the time of order and processing.

2. Order, Payment, and Pricing

A. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is offered as a primary payment method. By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the courier agent upon delivery. Failure to pay for a COD order may result in restriction from future COD services.

C. Custom Orders

If an item is marked as a “Custom Order,” fulfillment timelines and cancellation rules will be specifically detailed on the product page or agreed upon separately. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Shipping, Risk, and Damage

A. Packaging and Handling

We ensure that all handcrafted items are securely packaged to withstand standard delivery across Pakistan.

B. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the items transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

C. Damaged or Defective Items (Critical for Handcrafted Goods)

Given the uniqueness of our items, we take damage claims seriously:

If a product arrives damaged or defective (beyond normal artisanal variation), you must notify us within [48] hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging.
If a replacement is not possible (due to the item being one-of-a-kind), we will issue a full refund or store credit upon successful verification of the damage.

4. Returns and Exchanges

A. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description (not including natural artisanal variations).

The return request must be made within [7] days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

B. Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns based on “change of mind” or minor differences in color/texture inherent to the handcrafted nature of the product. Sales on Custom Orders or items marked as Final Sale are conclusive.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product photos, text, and the brand name The Artisanal Box are the intellectual property of The Artisanal Box or its affiliated artists. You may not use, reproduce, or commercially exploit this content without express written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
